Ayurvedic cooking is delicious, healthy and appetising. And no, it isn’t just curries or Indian cooking.
If you are cooking for a family, you can adapt your meals to suit each family member individually, simply by adding - or omitting - certain herbs and spices. Ideal of course would be to cook for each person individually, but as that is not practicable, I can show you which food stuffs to reduce and which to increase in order to be able to eat the same dishes as a family.
Normally we would cook together and afterwards eat together.
